Hey there, I'm about to do something totally wild on Saturday, 7th October – a 28-kilometre walk from Parramatta to Kings Cross, and it's not just for fun (well, maybe a little)! 😄
Did you know that in a regular week, someone experiencing homelessness walks a whopping 28 kilometres? Yep, that's right! So, I thought, why not give it a shot and see what it's like? But there's a twist - I'm doing it for a fantastic cause!
I'm strapping on my sneakers and hitting the pavement to support Wayside Chapel in their mission to help people in crisis. But here's the best part - you can join the adventure without breaking a sweat. How? By sponsoring my walk!
I know, I know, you've got your favourite charities already, but trust me, this one's a gem. It's all about spreading love, care, and assistance to the folks who could use a helping hand.
But wait, there's more fun on the horizon! After conquering those 28 kilometres on the 7th, I'm teaming up with The A Team on Friday, 13th October to do it all over again. That's right, double the kilometres, double the excitement, and double the impact with your support!
